Prime Securities AGM approves 25% dividend

Prime Securities Ltd has announced that the members at the 24th Annual General Meeting (AGM) of the Company held on August 29, 2006, inter alia, have accorded to the following: declaration of Dividend on Equity Shares of the Company @ 25% (Rs 1.25 per equity share of Rs 5/- each) for the year ended March 31, 2006.
