Assambrook allots shares to warrant holders

Assambrook Ltd has announced that the Board of Directors of the Company at its meeting held on March 30, 2007, has issued and allotted 2,25,000 Equity Shares of Rs 10/- each of the Company at a price of Rs 28/- per equity share to the warrant holders upon exercise of rights to convert warrant into shares.

Shares of the company closed the day at Rs.15.65, down by Re.0.85 or 5.15%. The total traded quantity was 7396 compared to 2 week average of 3559 shares.
