Dazzel Confindive allots 20,00,000 warrants to promoters and non-promoters

Dazzel Confindive Ltd has announced that the Board of Directors of the Company at its meeting held on March 31, 2007, inter alia, has allotted 20,00,000 convertible warrants of Rs 11.00 each carrying a right to subscribe to equal number of equity shares of the Company on which 10% amount is received, on preferential basis to the promoters of the Company and non-promoters, in accordance with the SEBI Guidelines.
