Ad-Manum Finance Board recommends 10% dividend

Ad-Manum Finance Ltd has announced that the Board of Directors of the Company at its meeting held on August 25, 2006, inter alia, has recommended a dividend @ 10% on equity shares for the year ended March 31, 2006 subject to the approval of the shareholders in the forthcoming Annual General Meeting.
