Superhouse allots 7 Lac equity shares to promoters

Superhouse Ltd has announced that the Board of Directors of the Company at its meeting held on March 31, 2007 and April 02, 2007, has allotted 7,00,000 Equity Shares of Rs 10/- each to promoters / promoters group on preferential basis.

Shares of the company were trading at Rs.51.50, up by Re.0.50 or 0.98% on volume of 1480 shares at a weighted average price of Rs.51.44 compared to 2 week average quantity of 11295 shares.
