Mefcom Capital to issue forfeited shares

Mefcom Capital Markets Ltd has announced that the Board of Directors of the Company at its meeting held on July 24, 2006, has to offer 27,58,400 forfeited Equity Shares to all the existing Equity Shareholders of the Company on a proportionate basis at the face value Rs 10/- each, aggregating Rs 2,75,84,000/- in the ratio of 1 equity share of Rs 10/- each for every 1.95 shares of Rs 10/- each held by them on such record date, as may be fixed by the Board of Directors.
