Nandan Exim to increase authorised share capital

Nandan Exim Ltd has announced that an Extra Ordinary General Meeting (EGM) of the members of the Company will be held on September 18, 2006, to increased the Authorised Share Capital of the Company from Rs 15,00,00,000/- divided into 15,00,00,000 Equity Shares of Re 1/- each to Rs 25,00,00,000/- divided into 25,00,00,000 Equity Shares of Re 1/- each & consequential amendment in the Memorandum of Association of the Company.
