Aarti Industries allots 2400000 shares

The Committee of Board of Directors of Aarti Industries Ltd at the Allotment Committee held on March 27, 2012, has allotted 24,00,000 equity shares of Rs. 5/- each fully paid up against exercise of option of conversion by the holders of Convertible warrants Issued by the Company on preferential basis to the promoter group Company in due compliance with the applicable SEBI (Issue of Capital and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations, 2009.

These convertible warrants were issued by the Company on November 03, 2010, at a price of Rs. 58.00 ps. (including premium of Rs. 53.00 ps.) per share in due compliance of applicable SEBI (Issue of Capital and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations, 2009.

As a result of this, the Company's paid-up share capital has increased from Rs. 38,36,00,365/- to Rs. 39,56,00,365/- divided into 79120073 equity shares of each fully paid up.

The Aarti Industries Ltd stock was trading at Rs.58.85, up by Rs.0.10 or 0.17%. The stock hit an intraday high of Rs.59.50 and low of Rs.50.50.
