Hindalco Industries allots 15,00,00,000 warrants

The Committee of the Directors of Hindalco Industries Ltd in its meeting held on March 22, 2012, allotted 15,00,00,000 warrants to Promoter Group Companies.

The allottees include IGH Holdings Private limited (14,98,00,000 warrants), TGS Investment & Trade Private Limited (1,00,000 warrants) and Umang Commercial Company limited (1,00,000 warrants).

The Hindalco Industries Ltd stock closed the day at Rs.132.95, down by Rs.4.30 or 3.13%. The stock hit an intraday high of Rs.139 and low of Rs.132.20.

The total traded quantity was 20.28 lakhs compared to 2 week average of 13.56 lakhs.
