Ind Swift Board recommends 20% dividend

Ind Swift Ltd has announced that the Board of Directors of the Company at its meeting held on August 31, 2006, has decided to recommend a dividend of 20% on equity shares of Rs 2/- each for the Financial Year 2005-06.
