Filmcity Media to allot shaers and warrants to promoters and PAC

Filmcity Media Ltd has announced that the Board of Directors of the Company at its meeting held on March 31, 2007, has resolved the following:

1. Allotment of 30,60,000 Equity shares to the Promoters and PAC.

2. Allotment of total 1,84,03,000 warrants: out of this 44,03,000 to the promoters and PAC and 1,40,00,000 warrants to non promoters entitling holder to get one equity share in exchange of one warrant.

Shares of the company were trading at Re.0.70, up by Re.0.03 or 4.48% on volume of 5000 shares compared to 2 week average quantity of 25237.
