Gail India AGM approves 100% dividend

Gail India Ltd has announced that the members at the 22nd Annual General Meeting (AGM) of the Company held on August 14, 2006 inter alia, has approved the following declaration of dividend @ 100% on the paid-up Equity Share Capital of the Company for the financial year ended on March 31, 2006, including Interim Dividend @ 60% already paid in January, 2006 and Special Interim Dividend @ 20% already paid in February, 2006.
