Global Boards Ltd to issue shares to Gandak Pvt Ltd

Global Boards Ltd has announced that the Board of Directors of the Company at its meeting held on March 30, 2007, has discussed the following business:

1. The Board has approved reduction of Capital (Record Date on March 29, 2007), issue and listing of shares post reduction in compliance with the BIFR Order dated December 04, 2006.

2. The Board has approved the issue of 1,10,50,000 fresh equity shares of Rs 10/- each fully paid up to M/s. Gandak Pvt Ltd, pursuant to BIFR order dated December 04, 2006.

3. The directors have discussed the unaudited quarterly results for the quarter ended June, September & December, 2006. Due to certain clarifications and queries sought by the directors, the meeting was adjourned till further notice.
