Yash Papers Updates on allotment of warrants

With reference to the earlier announcement dated March 23, 2007 regarding allotment of 44,00,000 warrants on preferential basis, Yash Papers Ltd has now announced that the Board of Directors of the Company in its meeting held on March 23, 2007 had allotted "40,00,000" warrants only to M/s. Sargam Exim Pvt Ltd instead of "44,00,000" warrants which was reported by mistake.

Further the Company has informed that, the details for allotment of "40,00,000" warrants only.
