Ritesh Industries allots 25,00,000 shares on preferential basis

Ritesh Industries Ltd has announced that the Board of Directors of the Company at its meeting held on March 28, 2007, has allotted 25,00,000 equity shares of Rs 10/- each at a premium of Rs 10/- per shares on preferential allotment basis.
