Shriram Automall India Limited (SAMIL) has bagged two prestigious awards at the Transportation Leadership Awards of Express, Logistics & Supply Chain Conclave 2015 for the categories of Innovation in Transportation and Fleet Enabler of the Year.

Shriram Automall India Limited (SAMIL), India's leading service provider for exchange of pre-owned vehicles and equipment has been recognized with accolade by "Express, Logistics Supply Chain Conclave (ELSC) 2015", for their Transportation Leadership Awards under the two categories of 'Innovation in Transportation' and 'Fleet Enabler of the Year'. The awards were conducted on 29th September 2015, at Taj Lands End, Mumbai by ELSC which is hailed as Asia's largest End to End Supply Chain Conference.

On the occasion Mr. Sameer Malhotra, CEO, Shriram Automall said, "This honor fortifies the fact that we are indeed on the right path to success. We have understood the needs of our customers and provided them with the transparent process for acquisition and disposal of used vehicles. We are proud of what we have accomplished & we will continue to serve customers with nothing but the best of services."

Before the inception of Shriram Automall, every pre-owned vehicle and equipment was acquired and disposed on the grounds of nothing but a huge risk as the age-old pre-owned segment of Indian Automobile Industry was highly dominated by conservative and unreliable trade practices. Shriram Automall's main motto was to remove every layer of this opaque system and serve a completely transparent platform. Thus, the company brought forward innovative approach for the acquisition and disposal of pre-owned vehicles and equipment through its unique bidding platforms especially Physical and Online Bidding along with Private Treaty and OneStop Kiosk. Shriram Automall bagged the award for 'Innovation in Transportation' as this initiative has been transforming the unfair and unethical used vehicle industry to an organized one.

'Fleet Enabler of the Year' award has been rightly incepted for the company because of the fact that Shriram Automall represents a One Stop Destination for acquisition and disposal of used vehicles to the fleet owners/operators and transporter community. With secure stockyards, convenient parking facilities and full-fledged service stations to refurbish old vehicles, the company also offers finance and insurance facilities to the fleet owner/operator community. Transformation from a driver to owner, upliftment of farmers by providing them with latest used machinery & best price realization, helping truck owners to become fleet owners and helping fleet owners to minimize their blocked capital and to improve their turnover and are some common stories that made Shriram Automall what it is today.
